THE VERDICT:

Since I am very pleased with Etude House's new AC Pink Spot treatment set, I decided to go for another product from the line and my choice was AC Clean Up Cleansing Water. Cleansing Water is my makeup remover of choice nowadays because I've realized that aside from being a makeup remover, it has a bevy of uses (you'll find out in my next blog post for today)! AC Clean Up is a great, affordable cleansing water for oily and troubled skin!

ETUDE HOUSE AC CLEAN UP CLEANSING WATER IN DETAIL

Formulated as an effective cleanser for acne- prone skin, this cleansing water contains Salicylic Acid, and Tea Tree Oil to get rid of grime, makeup, and acne- causing bacteria.

ETUDE HOUSE AC CLEAN UP CLEANSING WATER IN ACTION

The product is similar to Micellar Water in nature; it has a light floral-minty scent. It pretty much removes all sorts of facial makeup, except waterproof eye makeup such as mascara and eyeliner. It is gentle, does not dry out my skin, and leaves a refreshing feeling. I usually use around 2 pads for each side of the face to remove all trace of makeup and dirt. I also love using this product as a toner too.

I've been using it for 3 weeks now and so far, I feel it has been helping my other anti- acne skin care treatments stall breakouts and heal existing zits faster. It's also pretty affordable for the size and what it can do.

Adding this cleanser to my growing list of favorite cleansing waters!

  2. This is just what I needed to see. :) I didn't know which Micellar water to try out next since the Bifesta ones weren't really working out for me and I still had acne even if I cleansed and moisturized properly. :( Great timing for this review Martha! Checked out Etude House kiosks in the mall and apparently, the AC Clinic line also has a BB Cushion! Those BB Cushions have a darker shade suited for Filipinas as compared to their other BB Cushions' shade ranges, perhaps you can review those for us too? :)

  3. I was about to ask if this is comparable to Micellar water, glad you included it in the post :) I think this is a great product since it works as a cleanser and should i say toner? since it has Salicylic acid and tea tree oil in one.

  5. Ohhh, I like this one! I've been seeing great reviews about Etude House's AC line! I have been particularly curious about cleansing waters because I wasn't sure if that was just a synonym for Micellar water of it's a whole other thing. Turns out it's a combination of both! :) I do agree that this is pretty affordable for 300mL! If it lives up to its claims, I'd be more than willing to pay for that amount. I have a feeling that Etude's AC line is one of their best sellers, so I hope this baby doesn't run out yet! The moisturizer gel in this line has been unaccessible to me since forever! :( Have you tried that one yet, Ms. Martha? :)

  7. I think Etude is doing a great job when it comes to skincare now. Before I thought Etude is only for cute pink cosmetic and makeup things.
I noticed that I have pimples and blackhead since yesterday.
Any suggestions Ms.Martha on how to get rid of blackhead?

  8. I've been planning to switch to Micellar water since I've been using an oil-based make up remover for so long. Though I'm still unsure what brand to use. Thank you for this recommendation! I'll definitely add this to my list of products to try. :)
