 THE VERDICT:

I love how my Beauty Blogger friends are blazing their paths in the Beauty industry; they're taking their passions and goal to make women feel and look good beyond blogging. We need more inspiring women like them in the Blogging industry.

Liz Lanuzo of Project Vanity is always one of my best examples; after turning Project Vanity from a blog into a community, she now ventures into another aspect of her career called retail beauty with In Her Element, the newest brand under her company. The maiden product of In Her Element is Nourish and Cleanse Balm, a multi-purpose skin balm.

IN HER ELEMENT NOURISH AND CLEANSE BALM IN DETAIL

A versatile balm that soothes, cleanses, protects, and nourishes skin. Contains skin- loving Coconut Oil and Beeswax.

Ingredients

I love the overall feel and design of the product; it's clean, modern, and elegant; product comes in one size only, 30g.

IN HER ELEMENT NOURISH AND CLEANSE BALM IN ACTION

This rich balm has a melting texture and delectable chocolate vanilla scent that's fun yet not overwhelming; it's very moisturizing and is an ideal hydrator for the skin; as a makeup remover, it removes a lot of makeup and effectively at that, but I find that it's a bit hard to rinse off because of Beeswax; at least I didn't break out from the formula. The pot is only at 30g so I think it will last roughly around 1-1/2 months if you use it everyday and in almost all of your skin care regimen.

If you have any known allergy to bee by-products, please ask your doctor first before usage.

I prefer using this product as a lip balm too because it leaves my skin supple without the greasiness and gunky feeling.

What are the other uses of this product?

1. Leave- in moisturizer for the under eyes
2. Elbow, heel, and knee moisturizer
3. Lip scrub base
4. Cuticle moisturizer
5. Leave- in treatment for dry hair fringes
6. Eyebrow leave- in moisturizer

Because of this product, I think In Her Element has a lot of potential. Looking forward to the rest of their products.

  1. Wow! there are a lot of uses for just one product. I love your flatlays all the time. Do you really buy certain products for your flatlays or you just use available items at home? :)

  2. I have heard about Project Vanity. Good thing the owner ventured into being a beauty influencer and as a businesswoman as well. I think I'd like to try this balm on my lips since I have chapped lips. :)

  7. Ms. Liz is indeed an inspiration to the millennials. From PV blog turning into an online magazine, to collab with a cosmetic brand, to her own brand. I'm sure she'll come up with more products. I hope i could try this one in the coming year.

First getting a collab with Pink Sugar, releasing her own subscription kit/box and now coming up with this! She's like the Michelle Phan of the Philippines! Congrats, I hope you team up with her soon Ms. Martha
