When Dolce and Gabbana Light Blue was released, I think I was in high school; I remember boys saying that they like it when girls smelled like this perfume when filling up autographs. Fast forward to today, my ol' guy friends still like it when they take a whiff of Light Blue because it's fresh, fun, and reminds them of some good memories. Light Blue has indeed set the bar for fresh, summer scent.

Sixteen years after its initial launch, Light Blue is revived and this time, it's made intense.

Light Blue Eau Intense, a blend of light and warmth resulting to a glowing fragrance; it features the signature Light Blue base, but the floral notes were made stronger, more exuberant to evoke a sense of passion. Top notes have granny apple and lemon, heart has marigold and jasmine, base has amber wood and musk.

The new Light Blue comes in a frosted glass flacon with a blue juice; the silhouette of the fragrance is still patterned after its very first version.

The official commercial tells the story of two lovers who meet again at the Mediterranean coast; both still have eyes for each other and both have longed for each other; what ensues is an intense contact that awakens each other's sensibilities.
