THE VERDICT:
Club Clio's famous for their makeup products, but there's this one item that deserves a second look and a swipe of the card: Hydro Makeup Sponge. This is seriously one of the best makeup sponges I've tried!
WHAT IS IT?
A wet/dry sponge that is latex- free. Comes in diamond and wedge types.
This diamond- shaped sponge looks more like teardrop to me. I love the fact that it comes with its own container, making it travel- friendly.
HOW IS IT?
This is called a hydro sponge because it is highly expandable; it becomes almost as wide as my palm; it's super soft, very flexible, buffs foundation properly and surprisingly, without streaks despite the shape, and has no rubbery scent. It's easy to rinse as well. The tear drop shape allows me to get the foundation into the corners of my face properly. Also, the sponge will not absorb product too much because it's soft and you won't have to press it hard on your skin.
Overall, this is a very good sponge with a quality that I can even say that is comparable to Beauty Blender. Highly recommended by yours truly!
