Lady Gaga's 'Hair' has been my anthem for last week and it just hit me: I need a hair makeover before the holidays; hair's looking exceptionally dull, frizzy, and dry. I thought of trying a new salon so I chose Freshaire for my holiday hair makeover. Check out my new do!
Freshaire is one of the leading full service salon chains in the Metro; it opened in the 90's and has expanded to 33 branches since and has more than 100,000 loyal clients to date.
I dropped by their SM Southmall branch for a makeover.
First things first, hair cut; my hair's been really dry at the ends and felt pretty heavy, thus a trim is much needed. I had 2 inches chopped from my locks; this is my standard for hair cuts; boy, I felt really light after that!
Now time for the color! Freshaire proudly uses Schwarzkopf for hair color. As you may very well know, I prefer Schwarzkopf for my brand of hair color because their tones are golden and flatter my skin tone well.
Color done! Now time for Schwarzkopf Deep Conditioning Treatment to bring back all the lost moisture. In between, I also had Italian Mandarin Foot Spa, a refreshing, smoothing foot treatment to relax my tired feet and legs; they used Orly products for this.

Now my review for the salon:
The staff are warm and courteous; most of them seemed like long- time employees and I loved the 'mom' warmth that I got from each and every one. The place needs some revamp, but overall, I like the warm service of the crew and I'm happy with my current hair color!

I thought it was dark brown on the first pic but the next pic showed golden color na 😂😂 interesting how lighting really affects color. Looks good on you either color anyway! 😍 I wish I can also color my hair as light like that. Kakainggit!!

ReplyDeleteHi Beautyjunkee! I'm having apprehensions about having my hair colored because I am a triathlete - I swim at the pool at least 3x a week. Any tips on how I can take care of my hair, so it won't get damaged by the chlorine?
