Finally! I now have one of the online- famous palettes online from Too Faced called Sweet Peach Palette; I got this as a wedding gift from my dear friend, Thea of @beautycallph on Instagram. :D
Let's review this palette and check out the looks I came up with it!

For a Peach palette, there aren't a lot of peach shades to be found in here; the first time I saw this, I was expecting a predominantly peachy palette, but there are more neutral colors in here. I wish there were more peach shades though.
The palette has a mix of satin, metallic, and matte shades; there are 18 shades (whoa!). There is an equal amount of shades that will suit fair and warm skin tones.
And the best thing about this palette? It smells like a bowl of peaches; so yummy and fragrant! The scent is addictive and not the type that will put you off. Sometimes, I sniff this palette on a whim because that's how much I like its scent!
HOW IS IT? HOW DO THE EYESHADOW PERFORM?

The eyeshadows have mixed textures: some are oh-so-smooth and buttery, some are okay, while some require you to dig in to get some pigments on the brush. The metallic and shimmer shades have great texture; as for the mattes, the neutral and light ones have better texture than the darker ones (I'm looking at you, Delectable).
Pigmentation is medium to heavy; the eyeshadows are fairly easy to blend and they need a primer to last long.
Too Peach Sweet Peach Eyeshadow Palette is an okay palette; I like the concept, packaging, and the scent (oh, the scent!), and the fact that all the eyeshadow shades are wearable, newbie- friendly, and versatile enough for day and night. How I wish that version 2.0 will have more peach shades!.

This is so cute! The cute exterior art of the packaging sorta reminds me of the peach palette from BYS. I love the shades! However, I do agree with you po. I was expecting peachy shades but turns out that there are more neutral shades than the peachy ones. Still a beautiful palette though! Thanks for sharing this, Ms. Martha!

ReplyDeleteToo Faced always comes up with delectable eyeshadow palettes that good for the eyesand nose..hehe! Kathleen Lights prefer the new version of this palette more compact and the packaging is much prettier. Good thing there are dupes for thia palette.
