THE VERDICT:
There are times that call for an instant glam up that's why I always have an eyeshadow quad with me whenever I go out. For my luxe pick, I choose Guerlain Palette 5 Couleurs and for my affordable pick, it's Pink Sugar's Eye Candy eyeshadow quads. This will be your new go- to handy eyeshadow when the time calls for a little glam up!

Eye Candy eyeshadow quad features four coordinated shades in three, beautiful palette combinations.
Powder finish are matte and semi- metallic. There is one unique palette and that is Tiramisu, which is an all matte palette; the rest have two semi- metals and 2 mattes, which I think is brilliant because it caters to a lot of taste plus allows me to create dimensional eyeshadow look.

The powders are soft and smooth; a bit chalky when I swatched it, but I did not see it as a problem because I wouldn't use that much powder on my lids anyway. Pigmentation is medium to heavy and I like how these powders set on the skin.

Café Latte
This is a fresh, everyday makeup look that's great for the office and any corporate setting.
Cotton Candy
Cotton Candy is my favorite because of the lovely Golden Coral and Violet shades. The colors flatter my skin tone and give a sexy yet fun look to the eye. Perfect for date nights and night outs!
The powders need to be used with an eyeshadow primer to last longer. Only little con I see is that the taupe shades look pretty similar across all palettes and I hope there will be variations next time. Nevertheless, this is a good starter, everyday, go- to eyeshadow quad that you can pop in your bag and bring anywhere you go.

Just in time coz my cousin is asking me what I like from Pink Sugar which is one of the brands she loves! I am not as experimental when it comes to eye make-up so I think Tiramisu is perfect for me plus I love matte! I have some issues with metallic ones dunno if hindi lang sanay or di talaga bagay. :)

ReplyDeleteTiramisu and Café Latte are almost similar. This small palette is great for travels and if we like our eye look just basic or simple.
