10 Electric Blue/Cobalt Eyeshadows To Make An Eye Statement

I'm obsessed with Cobalt Blue eyeshadow lately so I thought of rounding up a list of true cobalt blue/electric blue eyeshadows. Thing is, it's quite hard to find affordable true electric blue/cobalt eyeshadow because it's quite a pricey pigment, thus most drugstore brands offer a watered down version. If there's one eyeshadow color that I think you should invest on, it's the unique colors such as cobalt/electric blue; this shade is so pretty on warm skin!
