BEAUTY BULLETIN: Maine Mendoza's MAC Lipstick is here, New Disney makeup, and more

Just a few of the exciting things in beauty that I've gathered this week!

Yaya Dub or Maine Mendoza has been teasing us for months on her lipstick collaboration with MAC Cosmetics and finally, the lipstick will launch this week.

If you recall, around the same time Maine gave a teaser of this collaboration through a photo where she was helping customize the shade in MAC's Toronto headquarters, MAC has also released the MAC Maker program where they engage top influencers in the world to customize their MAC makeup shades. Maine is one of the MAC Makers and her lipstick, part of the namesake collection.

The lipstick is named @mainedcm and according to sources, is a peach hue that will "flatter Filipina skin tones". A lot are excited about it and a lot are torn as well as the latter are expecting for her to come out with a shade from the red family just because she's been known for the color. Hopefully, there will be more collabs to come, but for now, let's find out if this will flatter morena skin tones; pray that I'll be able to a secure a tube when it launches!

Anastasia Beverly Hills has recently released SULTRY, which is their prettiest yet in terms of packaging; look at that super glittery palette cover! This new eyeshadow palette consists of neutrals and a pop of color, which reminds me of the lush, tropical life. Not so into the eyeshadows as the neutrals in it are basically everywhere, but I'd still want to buy it for the palette packaging alone!

Disney seems to be a favorite makeup collaborator by brands and here's Colourpop with a much- anticipated collaboration with who else?

Colourpop X Disney features an eyeshadow palette, super shock eyeshadow singles, bullet lipsticks, and lip gloss. I've got my eyes on everything!
