BEAUTY BULLETIN: New Spring releases in beauty!

I was doing social media listening last night and found these amazing beauty updates! From a handy evolution of Kat Von D's famous Shade and Light palette, to Hourglass' cute Lunar New Year collection, to Amazon's foray into the beauty industry; it's all here!

A lil' scrolling on one of Huffingtonpost's website, one of my favorite lifestyle website groups online, ran an article on Amazon's new venture and it's in one of the highest margin industries of all time, the beauty industry. FIND is the name of the brand and consists mostly of basic namely pressed powder, lip liner, blush, lipstick, and complexion sticks. Currently, there's no huge online launch to be seen at Amazon yet; in fact there are only a few news outlets that have picked up the story so let's sit back and see this new beauty brand unfold and how Amazon will navigate their way through in the business of beauty.

Kat Von D Shade and Light contour palette, my HG contouring product now comes in duos; basically, the complementing contour and highlight powders you see in the mother pan were divided into more travel- friendly palettes.

Melt Cosmetics is founded by Lora Arellano, a former Nordstrom employee, turned Rihanna's makeup artist, turned beauty brand mogul. Melt Cosmetics took the beauty world by storm with their unique stackable, magnetic palettes and show-stopping eyeshadow shades. This time, they're offering a limited edition cobalt blue metal palette featuring some of their new shades!

Hourglass cosmetics ushers in the Lunar New Year with a super cute, limited edition Lunar New Year Ambient Lighting Blush inspired by this year's star animal, the Pig!

Paul and Joe has released one of the most lust- worthy collections in my opinion because it features one of the cartoon characters I grew up with! Doraemon X Paul and Joe offers a range of powders, lipsticks, and accessories featuring one of the most well- loved Japanese characters of all time. Currently, only Korean, Japanese, and Chinese news outlets ran the story on this collection so most likely, it's going to be released in selected countries only like Japan, Korean, China, and maybe even Thailand.

Potencee, one of the famous vitamin brands locally takes their Vitamin C to a whole new level by releasing Derma-C, a skin care line that utilizes Vitamin C and Collagen that help protect, brighten, and moisturize skin.

Likha Cosmetics is a new proudly Filipino made makeup brand that we should all watch out for; Likha champions everyday Filipinas by using non- celebrity and non- influencer models to represent their first products, liquid lipsticks. Now that's refreshing! Can't wait to see more from this brand!
