Commenters of the month for December 2018 + Gifts for this month's COM

Happy new year, folks! I hope the first few days of 2019 has been wonderful for all of you. I spent the whole week last week tidying my condo because I won't have a lot of time to do so when I begin with work. Cleaning is always a good way to start the year and I feel refreshed and happy to come back to work! Time to grind!

Starting the Monday right by making three ladies happy today (recap: I reward three commenters every December because it's Christmas!) and announcing the commenters of the month for December 2018.
