THE VERDICT:

I always keep liquid eyebrow pens on hand because they're the easiest way to score lush, dramatic brows, plus it's my favorite brow corrector. Most drugstore brands are still a bit expensive at P399 a pop, but Ever Bilena has their very own version that's only P200 plus it's long- lasting too!

Ever Bilena All Day Brow Pen comes in 2 shades: Brunette (left) and Blonde (right). Blonde's a bit too brown though so I'd say it's more of a chocolate brown or medium brown.

Consistency is semi runny, which allows you to create hair- like strokes. Swipe it even more to build up coverage. It doesn't take a while to set because of its sheer consistency.

Product comes with a felt tip applicator; from the get go, it looks like a liquid eyeliner.

Brunette is a dark brown shade with a hint of charcoal, which makes it good for dark and medium brown hair, and even black hair.

I like that it's buildable and sets fairly efficiently; the consistency of the brow pen is actually good, but I think the felt tip applicator is not doing it any justice; it's just dispensing too much product at a time that you have to use a very light hand when shading the inner portion of your brows. It would be much better if it came with a much slimmer felt tip applicator or much better, a thin brush. On the upside, it can double as an eyeliner too!

It is not waterproof, but long- lasting enough to last me on a busy day. For P200, this product is good enough to be considered as a budget liquid brow liner; just practice with it until you get a light hand or your own groove with it!
