Sensitive Skin- Friendly Beauty Brands available in the Philippines

Sensitive Skin types are always behind when it comes to anything beauty just because this skin type is very limiting...one wrong ingredient touches the skin and it will send it into a flare up. There are actually a lot of sensitive skin- centric brands out there, but one of the main questions that I always get is "Which brand?"

That's why I made this list to shed some light on the problem; if you have sensitive skin, here are makeup and skin care brands to add to your shopping list!

1. BELL HYPOALLERGENIC

- Bell Hypoallergenic is a brand made for sensitive skin types. What's great about this brand is aside from the skin- friendly formula, the makeup, texture, and color selection is wide as well, and you don't have to stick with plain, boring makeup just because you have sensitive skin. Bell even offers formulas that you will often see with regular makeup brands such as Bell long- lasting liquid mat lipstick, which is apparently one of their best- sellers!

Bell Hypoallergenic is available at leading SM and Watsons stores.

2. CAUDALIE

- Luxury French skin care brand, Caudalie, is known for their highly scientific approach to natural skin care that is friendly to all skin types, including sensitive skin.

3. DRUNK ELEPHANT

- One of last year's shakers in the world of skin care is Drunk Elephant. A lot of people with sensitive skin raves about the brand and their products that offer almost clinical solutions to solve skin care problems while still being friendly to the skin. A peel that can be used by sensitive skin types?! Whoa!

4. CLINIQUE

- The classic. When it comes to sensitive skin, Clinique will always be on top of mind for most Filipinas. Clinique may be well known for skin care, but over the years, they have vastly improved their makeup range to cater to the ever changing taste of their sensitive- skinned consumers.

5. VMV HYPOALLERGENICS

- Another hypoallergenic brand that's on top of mind for most Filipinas. This local beauty brand is known for utilizing Monolaurin, a compound found in Coconut Oil that's known for its potent anti-bacterial benefits; it's making waves in the USA too! Whether you have sensitive skin or hypersensitive skin, VMV Hypoallergenics is a great choice for you.

VMV Hypoallergenic is located at Bonifacio High Street, SM Megamall, Alabang Town Center,  and Landmark Makati, and Powerplant mall to name a few. Click HERE for the complete list of branches.

Avene is available in Watsons stores, SM Department Stores, and Mercury Drug.

7. DEAR, KLAIRS

- One of the rising K-Beauty brands last year was Dear, Klairs by Wishtrend. Klairs is known for the Midnight Blue Calming range that helps soothe the skin and as a mild skin care substitute.

Dear, Klairs is available in Beauty Bar stores.

8. BIODERMA

- Another French beauty brand that's known for Micellar Water. Bioderma is known for gentle, moisturizing, effective products that are great for sensitive skin such as Cicabio Cream.

9. SIMPLE

- One of UK's best skin care brands, Simple, is a drugstore brand that caters to sensitive skin types. To date, this is the most affordable skin care for sensitive skin that I know.
