BTLA Liquid Matte Lipstick review, price, swatch.

THE VERDICT:
Got little budget, but still want to rock different shades of liquid lipsticks every single day? BTLA will surely be up your alley. BTLA is a budget beauty's best friend because their products are very affordable (even cheaper than Maybelline) yet trendy and extensive. I've recently tried their liquid lipsticks and here's what I think about it.
BTLA Liquid Matte lipstick has about 5 shades to choose from; formula is claims to be long- lasting and finish, true matte.
The applicator is a semi- long felt applicator; while I prefer the classic doe foot, I don't really have any issue with this one; it does its job.
Texture is a light cream with a floral vanilla scent; it spreads very easily, it's pretty pigmented, and can be layered on easily because it sets fairly quickly.
One problem that I have is...WHY DON'T THESE COME WITH SHADE NAMES?! Another one is with the packaging: I kinda' twisted the cap on one of the lipsticks forcefully and the lock mechanism got broken so check the packaging properly before purchasing and before leaving the store.
Good thing there are only 5 shades in total completely different hues. Here they are:
Red shade with orange duochrome finish; this one has a shimmer quality to it, but overall finish is still matte.
Fluorescent pink with violet undertone. Reminds me a bit of MAC's Candy Yum Yum with a more fluorescent finish; this can be an affordable dupe.
The lipsticks have pretty good staying power, but still needs to be retouched after a meal or two. Finish is true matte; it's one of the legit matte liquid lipsticks that I've encountered lately. I also like that it conceals fine lines on the lips. However, it is drying on the lips and needs to be worn on top of lip balm for a more comfortable feel, especially for those with very dry lips like me.
I've a couple of issues with BTLA Liquid Matte Lipsticks, especially with the lack of shade names and the packaging, but for what its worth, it's actually okay. I won't really call it an amazing formula, but it's something that I can recommend to friends if they're looking for a very affordable liquid lipstick with a bright shade line- up and true matte finish.

waah meron eto sa mga SM at mura lang 😍 di ako makapaniwala, ganda ng red lippie na yan. Want to experience yang vanilla scent na yan. Take note ko eto Ms Martha 😊

Ang ganda Ms Martha. Akala ko mahal. Yun pala super affordable nga. Unfortunately wala dito samin yan. Hindi pa rin ako nakakakita ng kiosk nila. Sana matry ko din if given the chance. Pang awra talaga😊
