THE VERDICT:

Thanks to the rise of skin care and interest in exfoliation through peels, Pixi's Glow Tonic made it to the top charts and has caught the attention of a lot of Filipinas online; I remember there was a point where all I would see on Facebook beauty groups are reviews, inquiries, and sales of Glow Tonic; I think this product is what opened up a lot of Filipinas to Pixi; glad this happened because I really like the brand and I think it deserves more attention. In fact, in other countries, Pixi Glow Tonic is a hit as well!

Following the success of Glow Tonic, Pixi has expanded the line and included scrubs, mists, and a sheet mask version of this popular peeling toner that's perfect for traveling so you can get clear skin while on the go.

Ingredients

Pixi Glow Glycolic Boost is a brightening sheet mask with a high concentration of Glycolic Acid and boosted with Ginseng to energize the skin and Witch Hazel extract to clear pores.

To tell you truthfully, Glow Tonic didn't work that well on my face, but it did wonders to my knees and elbows; these parts of my body lightened and felt smoother. For some reason, the sheet mask version worked for me. I've used the three packs I have for one week straight with 1- 2 days interval in between and my skin looked better, felt more supple, looked brighter, and supported my anti- acne regimen by speeding up dead skin cell turnover so my treatments can penetrate my skin better. My only issue is I hope the sheet mask was big enough to accommodate my jaw line. 

The mask has a generous concentration of the serum and I could leave it on for 20 minutes and it will still feel damp. My only issue is the sheet mask is not big enough to accommodate my jaw line; I get breakouts on my chin and I wish to drive more product on this area.

Other than this, I'm pretty happy with the results of this sheet mask. I'll surely pack one or two when I do long travels to keep my skin in the pink!
