THE VERDICT:
Maybelline, a favorite brow brand of many Filipinas, comes out with a new collection for ladies with sparse brows and who love sporting lush brows; Define and Blend brow pencil by Maybelline; according to the brand, this product features a slim, angled tip to naturally sculpt, shade, and define brows while helping you achieve hair- like strokes. If you've been meaning to try this product, read on!
Maybelline Define and Blend is a dual- ended product that features a spoolie; I like the spoolie; it's the soft kind, not the one that's too slim and coarse that it removes the brow product as I blend it. The tip is slim indeed, which makes it suitable for any brow shape and width, plus you can actually draw hair- like strokes, but not as fine as say, a liquid brow liner.
Here are the swatches; there are four shades to choose from. My shades are Natural Brown and Red Brown, but I use Natural Brown more.
Texture is a semi- soft cream; pigmentation is medium to heavy and it has a soft matte finish; the pencil does not drag and feel sturdy despite the semi- soft texture.

The pencil glides on easily; however, due to the soft cream consistency, it tends to clump for a little on the hair strands, therefore its formula is more ideal for those with sparse and fine brow strands; I have semi- thick brows and semi- long strands, and I find that it clumps for a little on me so I apply it sparingly and make sure to spread out the product properly by combing between layers.
Staying power is okay; it stays put on my oily skin, but I don't think it's waterproof. It lasts long enough for casual use.
Overall, this is not bad for the price and it does define brows nicely and naturally. Would probably buy it again, but I hope that the formula would be much less softer to avoid clumping.

Oh my goodness! It's been a while since I was last able to read blogs omg huhu I missed out on so much! Coincidentally, I was trying to fathom whether I should buy this or not as a replacement for my nearly finished brow product! Thanks for your honest take on this!
