Moisturizing shampoos are great; they're what makes you feel good about your hair on a daily basis because it keeps your locks soft, smooth, bouncy, and shiny. The only downside is, especially for oily hair, is build- ups happen.
Moisturizing shampoos are often laced with silicones, oils, and creams that get left behind as residue that builds up overtime, resulting to oilier scalp and hair; this case is common among oily scalp girls like me.
For girls with oily scalp, a clarifying shampoo is a must; it's shampoo in clear form that's meant to get rid of product build- up on the scalp, making hair feel lighter, fresher, and bouncier. Here are my favorites so far and the best thing about these shampoos is they don't leave my hair dry!
1. LOVE BEAUTY AND PLANET COCONUT WATER AND MIMOSA FLOWER
- The newest from Love, beauty, and Planet, this tropical- scented clear shampoo lathers well even with just a dollop; it leaves my hair feeling light and smelling oh-so-fresh.
2. CÉLETEQUE DERMOSCIENCE HAIR AND SCALP CARE CLARIFYING SHAMPOO (P200)
- One of my big favorites! This clarifying shampoo from Céleteque is lightly- scented and does the job in making my scalp feel squeaky clean; it's dermatologist- tested and hypoallergenic too!
3. ZENUTRIENTS ALOE VERA MOISTURIZING SHAMPOO (250ml- P325; 400ml- P465)
- A clear shampoo with little to no fragrance, perfect for those who like their shampoos simple and unscented. It has Gugo extract as well to help with hair growth.
4. HUMAN NATURE 100% NATURAL SHAMPOO (400ml- P319.75)
- A deep cleansing shampoo that smells energizing; it features natural ingredients as well so perfect for those who are transitioning into a natural beauty lifestyle.
5. THE BODY SHOP FUJI GREEN TEA PURIFYING SHAMPOO (P595)
- A green tea- scented shampoo that I have been loving lately; it lathers well and leaves my hair feeling clean and bouncy.
Hope you loved this list! Remember to use clarifying shampoo at least twice a week, alternating between moisturizing shampoos to prevent build- up.

I've tried Human Nature. The downside is hindi mabula. So if you are the type na parang di nakakalinis kung hindi mabula ang dami mong magagamit na product before masatisfy sa bula.
ReplyDeleteCeleteque worked for me. Only challenge is that it's quite difficult to find. Not available on common grocery stores. Not available at Watson's and Mercury. I got mine in Rustan's but they're always out of stock.
