THE VERDICT:

I had a lot of blind buys in my US trip, but thankfully, most of them are great, like Too Faced Born This Way Naturally Radiant Concealer. When I got to my first Sephora store in the US, I was like a mad woman and picked up anything that came my way. I was supposed to get Born this Way Foundation, but ended up pickup up this one instead; I honestly don't remember my reason for this LOL.

Turns out this is a great concealer! Born This Way Naturally Radiant Concealer is a lightweight, dewy concealer that is perfect for dry under eyes, plus it covers like a boss too!

Ingredients

Too Faced Born This Way is a hydrating concealer that promises to conceal, hydrate, and blur out fine lines. This skin care- infused concealer has coconut water that replenishes skin's moisture levels, alpine rose extract that support's skin's resilience, hyaluronic acid that smooths the under eyes and keeps it hydrated the whole day. It comes in 14 shades.

The product comes with a classic doe foot applicator. Not too big, not too small. Size is just right for any under eye.

I got the shade Warm Medium. The swatches on Sephora.com don't reflect the actual shades of the concealer; the swatches on the website are pretty dark, but I find that the entire collection fares on the fair side. Warm Medium is a golden beige shade with yellow undertone; this shade may look dark here, but trust me, it's much lighter in person.

Consistency is a cross between emulsion and cream; it's emollient, but lightweight and fresh at the same time. It is unscented. The product is very spreadable.

When I first swatched the product, I thought that it would come off too sheer, but I judged it too quickly! On my under eyes, it looks light, dewy, and fresh, but coverage is medium to full; it can even rival some matte, full coverage concealers I have. I also like the blurring, smoothing effect it gives.

Staying power is very good: it lasts the whole day if casual wear and my under eyes don't look and feel dry when I have it on, although I can't say that this is waterproof.

This concealer is a good buy! It's a great break from all the matte, flat, full coverage concealers I have. Too Faced Born This Way Concealer gives you the benefits of skin care, look of a natural concealer, and the coverage of a full, matte concealer. Perfect for dry under eyes too! It's a bit expensive though so I won't strongly recommend it, but if you have the budget, I suggest try it.
