I have fine, smooth hair; back in college, some of my classmates used to envy my hair because it literally can be fixed by just finger- combing and the effect is as if I've brushed my hair pretty well. They used to think I have the perfect hair!
But I have a bit of a problem with it and that is hair fall. My hair is now very fine and quite brittle due to damage caused by styling and treatments. My hair fall problem is not that severe, but there are days when it gets kinda' bad most especially when my hair is tangled up really bad and hair breakage and hair fall are the absolute worst; there was a time when I got what seemed like a handful of fallen hair while I was detangling. Yikes!
Since I have thin hair, I can't afford to lose a lot of hair to hair fall because it will look thinner.
I went back to Moringa O2 because I remembered that this one helped minimize hair fall when I have first tried it. Now I'm back at it again and I'm pleased to report that my hair fall was once again minimized and my hair looks shinier and feels stronger. I'd like to share with you how I use Moringa O2's Anti-Hair Fall system. You're welcome!
Malunggay or Moringa Oleifera is a great natural remedy for the hair because it is rich in Zinc that stimulates hair growth, Amino Acids that build and strengthen hair strands, Iron helps improve and bring oxygen to the scalp and roots, Omega 3 nourishes, and Vitamins C and E help fight stress- induced damage. On top of that, Moringa O2's formula is rich in other beneficial, natural ingredients as well such as Olive oil, Sunflower Oil, and Argan Oil.
My anti- hair fall hair care routine with Moringa O2 is detailed below:
STEP 1: I rinse my hair with Moringa O2's Anti-Hair Fall Shampoo and Conditioner. I have reviewed this duo before; you may check out the detailed review HERE.
For a hair mask effect, I use a bit more of the conditioner and leave it on longer, around 8-10 minutes, on my hair before rinsing off.
STEP 2: Before or even after blow- drying my hair, I use Moringa O2 Herbal Hair Relaxing Serum, which still remains as one of my most favorite, affordable hair serums in the market (my husband loves it too!). I take two pea- sized amounts and apply on my hair, specifically focusing on the ends.
P.S. If you have brittle hair, then you are more prone to hair fall. I suggest while your hair is damp, apply Moringa O2 Herbal Hair Relaxing Serum to protect it from combing, brushing, and blow- drying.
STEP 3: At least two to three times a week, depending on the condition of my hair, I use the Herbal Hair, Scalp, and Skin Therapy Oil as a night treatment for my scalp. This can be like a "serum" for the hair and the high concentration of actives helps promote hair growth. No kidding, my hair has been growing quite nicely ever since I inserted this oil in my hair care routine around two months ago.
P.S. Go easy if you have an oily scalp. No need to apply it all over your scalp; just determine some areas where you want to put the oil, specifically on areas that are dry, irritated, or flaky.
STEP 4: Another secret of mine to preventing or minimizing hair fall? DETANGLING BRUSH!
Ever since I have tried using a detangling brush, I never looked back. This is indeed one of the best hair tool inventions and a must- have if you have dry, fine, brittle hair like mine that is prone to hair fall and breakage sometimes.
That's my simple anti-hair fall routine! Let me know your experience if you decide to follow it and share with me your experience with Moringa O2's products!
