Just this week, this short film about Ralph the Rabbit created by Spencer Susser starring Taika Waititi, Ricky Gervais, and Zac Efron, became viral on social media because it brings to light once more the dark side of the beauty industry, which is animal testing. NO ANIMAL SHOULD DIE IN THE NAME OF BEAUTY is the simple message and call-to-action of the film that is encapsulated in a powerful sentence, and consumers are once again urging brands and governmental bodies to regulate the cosmetics industry and calling them to shift to cruelty- free processes in the beauty industry.
