THE VERDICT:
I'm telling you all now, Spotlight is one of my best discoveries for 2021, specifically in the lipstick department. Spotlight Superstar matte and creamy lipstick range is a pretty good one: high quality, fantastic pigmentation, and it's very affordable.
But I'd say that my most favorite is this: Spotlight Superstar Liquid Lips; the formula is superb as well as its pigmentation-it feels like a pretty expensive lipstick formula, but it's P295 only.
Spotlight Liquid Lipstick comes in 6 shades and in an intensely matte, richly pigmented, hydration- infused formula that promises to last all day.
Formula is a semi- creamy liquid; depending on the color, the darker ones are almost mousse- like while the lighter ones are creamier. Either way, they are very smooth, buttery upon application, apply evenly, and set into a soft matte finish.
Check out the complete swatches. It's a pretty small range, but I hope Spotlight adds more shades in the future!
QUIRKY ROYALTY
- Cool rose with pink undertone.
LOVELY LASS
- Midtone coral with a pink undertone.
POSH PRIMADONNA
- Semi- light peach with a coral hue.
GLAM GODDESS
- Maple brown shade with a light rose hue. One of my faves!
FIERY STAR
- Dirty rose shade. Another favorite of mine!
STUNNING ICON
- Ruby red shade. This one actually reminds me of a MAC lipstick in the shade called Red. This color just screams CHRISTMAS!
This liquid lipstick is one of the rare, affordable ones that don't dry my lips out; I've worn it the whole day to a dinner and my lips did not flake and did not get irritated, plus it comes off easily with micellar water or any makeup remover.
I couldn't emphasize more, this liquid lipstick has a beautiful formula and I love that it's non- drying and feels very comfortable on the lips; my extremely sensitive lips love it and when I come across a rare find like this, I immediately file it under my favorites!
I recommend Stunning Icon (beautiful red!) and Fiery Star, If you're looking for a liquid lipstick that's affordable, very pigmented, has good staying power, and won't break the bank, check this out!

Wow. I haven't tried their lipsticks po but I def recommend their eyeshadow palette too. :)

ReplyDeleteAll shades are perfect for morena, but my favorite is Quirky royalty that leaves a fresh and teeny look. and yes its a promising brand, looking forward to their future shades of lippies
ReplyDeleteI like all the shades they are very classy! But I'm inloved with Posh Primadonna shade because of its natural color and I think if you wear this your face will look so young and glowing.
