Conceal today, Reveal beautiful skin tomorrow: MAX FACTOR FOUNDATION+ELIXIR LAUNCH+DEMO BY BOBBY CARLOS

Max Factor has just released FOUNDATION+ELIXIR, a beneficial foundation that conceals imperfections in a flash, and targets various signs of aging such as wrinkles and pigmentation. Who would've thought that make up could actually be this benevolent to your skin?

Foundation+Elixir is available in 7 shades and retails at P995.00

I was invited along with a handful of beauty bloggers to the product launch last February at Zuni, Greenbelt 5. Everybody didn't care about the food! We were all busy trying out the foundation and some more Max Factor stuff. :)

Aireen Mayol, Marketing Officer for Rustan's.

The launch was also graced by Bobby Carlos, chief makeup artist of Max Factor Philippines. He also did a "Marilyn Monroe" look using Max Factor's best- selling products.

Bobby, can I bring your train case home??? lol!

Before his demo, he briefly explained why he loves Max Factor's newest foundation. First, it's a huge breakthrough for Max Factor's foundation line. It's the perfect marriage of skin care and makeup in a bottle. Foundation+Elixir is a blend of potent anti- aging extracts for younger- looking skin in the long run. Plus, it's a weightless, oil- free formula that yields full yet natural coverage. Built with the contemporary and on-the-go women in mind, Foundation+Elixir best suits every woman who wants to look beautiful and feel protected, without having to sacrifice precious time in front of the mirror.

Let's now go to Bobby's 'Marilyn Monroe' look demo. Bobby chose to do the look on her model of the day, Jamie of Mizz Makeup because it's just light, fresh, natural, yet impactful--just like Max Factor's Foundation+Elixir.

Bobby applying Foundation+Elixir.

Bobby applying a sheer cream eyeshadow on her lids and a bit of black to contour her creases.

Bobby using Max Factor's False Lash Effect mascara, which is one of the best volumizing mascaras I've tried.

Bobby's Tip: For Asian gals, apply mascara on the base of your lashes first, then let it dry before coating the middle part and tips. Bobby explained that this technique is best for Asian gals because it prevents our lashes from being weighed down by the mascara.

Bobby used Max Factor's cream blush for a sheer, natural look

Bobby's Tip: Apply cream foundation on non- powdered skin for effortless blending. Dust lightly with loose powder to lock the cream blush in place.

Instead of the classic red shade, Bobby finished Jamie's look with a tangerine lipstick and gloss. It's the IT color of the year!

Tadaaa! lol.

Check out the Foundation+Elixir on Jamie. It made her look flawless in an instant sans the cakey and fake look!

With some of Manila's Beauty Bloggers, and Max Factor and Rustan's team.

Thanks for these!

I've been using the Foundation+Elixir for a week and I'm very happy with its finish. Review coming up in a few days! :)
