Nivea's New Makeup Remover and Slumber Party

I just had a slumber party at Picasso Boutique Hotel in Makati with Nivea and a couple of my friends in the Beauty Blogging field and the Media. It was a slumber party-slash-launch of their new makeup remover-what an apt way to launch such product!

My gorgeous bedroom at Picasso Hotel! I almost dozed off when I entered the room, but I wasn't able to sleep as I ended up savoring my stay by watching T.V. and gorging on junk food-it's been a while since I did this and glad I did because it was a much- needed pause in my super hectic schedule.

So what product did Nivea launch? You've probably seen this in drugstores and supermarkets already, but let me introduce this product to you formally. Click READ MORE and get to know more about Nivea's Facial Cleansing Wipes!

Nivea's Facial Cleansing Wipes is a quick makeup remover that takes away grime, dirt, and makeup in a few strokes.

There are only two variants for this product: Gentle Facial Cleansing Wipes is formulated for Sensitive Skin as it's Alcohol- Free and packaged in soft and smooth wet wipes. Exfoliating Wipes, as the name implies, is meant for cleansing and scrubbing the skin as it is packaged in textured wet wipes. Both variants are infused with essential oils to help dissolve makeup properly and to keep skin supple and soft too.

Before putting Nivea's Facial Cleansing Wipes to the test, I did Yoga that was supposed to help me sleep better with Urban Ashram Manila and we also got this super comfy sleepwear from Uniqlo. It was such a relaxing kind of Yoga and if ever I'll consider doing this in the future, I'll definitely go for this! :D

After the Yoga session, I headed out for a quick food and coffee take-out to accompany me while watching T.V. When I got back to my hotel room, I tried Nivea's Facial Cleansing Wipes and here's the result!

I did a half face photo for you guys. Check out my clean face: It looks really fresh and all my makeup was removed thoroughly! Awesome! I used it while watching T.V. (nope, no mirror in from of me) and it still managed to remove everything! :D

I will do a separate detailed review for this product. In the meantime, please visit NIVEA PHILIPPINES on Facebook for more information. :)

9 Lovely Thoughts

  1. I bought Nivea exfoliating wipes when Watsons ran out of Bifesta. I was just looking for an alternative for the meantime and I found that. Fortunately, it didn't disappoint. I usually don't use a mirror when removing makeup as I'm multi tasking it with something else. It really removes makeup easily. I super love it talaga. When I didn't put a lot of makeup, I cut the wipe into half. :) And lastly, it's affordable pa. So recommended talaga. :)

PS. Love your room. Super galing ng Nivea to introduce their new product like that. :)
