EYE OF HORUS BROW DEFINE IN NILE, DYNASTY, AND HUSK IN DETAIL

This newest from Eye Of Horus features a precise, rounded tip for a natural application and to fill in small, sparse spots on brows. Comes with a spoolie to blend color and groom brows, and infused with Castor Oil to nourish hair strands. It comes in three shades, Husk, Nile, and Dynasty, which I will review for everyone today.

Ingredients

Swatches and my full review after the cut.

These are the slimmest brow pencils that I've ever used and I like it because it allows for a tighter and closer grip, which helps in a steadier application. If you have big hands, however, you won't like it.

Here's the product. It sure is precise and it's perfect for girls with thin brows in terms of width. Actually, it's perfect for any brow width! The shape of the pencil reminds me of Estēe Lauder's Double Wear Stay-In-Place Brow Pencil.

Husk- ash brown, perfect for girls with very light and light brown hair color
Dynasty- medium brown, perfect for girls with midtone brown and reddish brown hair color
Nile- dark brown, perfect for girls with dark brown and black hair color

Unlike other automatic pencils, this one does not need to be warmed up to get it going, thanks to Castor Oil. FYI, Castor Oil is known to stimulate hair growth so maybe if you use this product long enough, you'll see positive results, although Eye Of Horus does not promise that!

Pigmentation is medium to heavy and yields a matte finish to the brows-I like that the color adheres to the hair strands instead of the skin, lest I do not get flat, sticky, 2D- looking brows; It has a certain creaminess to it, but it's sturdy enough that the pencil doesn't break on me.

EYE OF HORUS BROW DEFINE IN NILE, DYNASTY, AND HUSK IN ACTION

Bare brows

It lasts long enough for me, although it fades for a bit on oily and super sweaty skin. It creates natural, hair- like lines, thanks to its soft finish. It's a pretty good eye brow product, but I find it a little pricey for what it can do considering that there are a lot of good and affordable brow products out there. I guess if you're into skin care- infused makeup products and don't mind spending, you'll like this.

  2. This would be totally random because I am not too excited about these pencils. I dont think there is anything super special about them. BUT I did get an idea from castor oil helping with hair growth. I will research more about it and see if I can mix it with coconut oil for a hair mask to help deal with my quest for thicker hair. Yay for another great idea from reading your blog!

  6. Wow, that does look natural. Filled-in, instead of drawn-on. I like that the colors look matte and natural. I want to try this as naturally filled-in is exactly what I'm going for. Yun lang nga, I have big hands. This might take some getting used to...
