The thing I love most about Christmas is it gives you hope; people remember you and everything you've done to them so no matter how bad your entire year was, Christmas always makes it seem right and gives you a reason to move forward.
Last year was no different; it was a Christmas filled with hope and love as some of the brands I worked with for the past year sent their love to me in forms of precious, tiny things called gifts.
Starting off with this box of goodies from L'Oreal and Maybelline; Belle Charms sent a lovely charm as well (it's a gift charm! Perfect for the theme of this post!) that fits my Pandora bracelet like a glove; Belle Charm's charms, btw, are compatible with Pandora bracelets so if you don't want to splurge too much on charms, check them out. Visit @bellecharms on Instagram to view their entire charm collection.
Bridges PR sent a lovely gift that all Bloggers will truly appreciate: a leather camera strap; the gift was well thought of. Caronia sent these jolly nail polish colors that truly brightened up my Christmas; how nice of them to send me my favorite shades from the brand; I don't know if it was intended or accidental, but I appreciate it anyway!
Beautiful additions to my vanity collection: Make Up For Ever Cult Make Up Set that contains all their best- sellers in a pretty pouch, Miss Dior Cherie (ah, finally!) EDT from @poshperfumesmnl on Instagram, and Mary Kay Berries and Cream Lotion and Lip Gloss set.
Nothing beats a personalized gift! Thank you, Zen Zest for this! Excited to try the body scrub as I've always loved this brand's scrubs!
Fragrance and skin care goodies from three of the best brands in the drugstore, Adore Fragrances, Aqua Fresco, and Moringa O2; Yipee! New stock of my fave Moringa 02 Malunggay Hair Serum!
Now what was my gift to myself?
An iPhone 6; nope, this isn't the new one because I find the latter's upgrades too few and not that impressive for the price it is commanding. Instead of shelling out for a new model (don't really mind that this one's 1 year old already based on market release), I shelled out for bigger memory instead; this one's 64GB. I was supposed to get a Celine Trio instead of an iPhone, but my previous phone, an iPhone 5, died around November and I had to get a replacement ASAP. Oh well! :p
The last two Christmas gifts that I'm waiting for are an ASUS laptop and Adidas Stan Smith shoes. Anticipation is killing me!!! Will blog about these when they arrive!
So how about you? What did you get for yourself last Christmas?
