I love my MAC Blot Powder so much. It keeps me shine free and it doesn't change the color of my foundation...
Hours ago, I was setting my foundation then I accidentally dropped it.
And my lovely blot powder is now almost dying...
*EVER HAD INCIDENTS LIKE THIS ONE? DO YOU HAVE ANY FAVORITE MAKE- UP ITEM/S THAT YOU ACCIDENTALLY BROKE AND THERE WAS NO ONE TO BLAME BUT YOURSELF?

yeah..i broke my MAC blot too when i first got one. i was so pissed that i threw it really hard against the wall. LOL...and then i bought another one. hahaha

ReplyDeleteoh, same thing happened to my mac studio fix too. it was newly bought. i was gazing at its loveliness. and then the phone rang, i rushed to answer the call and then i heard something fell on the floor. it was my studio fix.
i was so depressed, i went on a make up rehab for 5 mos. :(
oh well, gotta save this by crushing the remaining and putting it in a jar with a sifter.
Sis...I feel your pain. My powder also broke :(

ReplyDeleteMy Kanebo Revue foundation broke, I just placed it in a jar with sifter so I can still use it. And it really made me sad when it broke. :P

That happened to my MAC Studio Fix. Nakakaiyak. Buti ka pa nga, you were able to take a photo of it. I just threw mine away. Pati yung mirror basag. It fell from my car. Sabi nila you can use alcohol to press it again. I'm not sure lang if it's applicable with foundation rin.

ReplyDeletethe exact same thing happened to my MAC blot powder a couple of months ago. what i did was a tried to fit the broken pieces together (like a puzzle) and then i put drops of alcohol on the seams to kind of glue them together.
ReplyDeleteit worked! im still using it up to now.
if you cant fit them anymore, crush the powder and then add a bit of alcohol and then press them back together.
liz: i'll try that sis. but, didn't your face sting after using the method? cos there's already alcohol in it...
