FIGHT FUZZ AND FUR: Unfurgivable, a campaign by Strip Ministry of Waxing and PETA

Hairless down there? Cool. But hairless animals? Totally uncool and horrendous. Every year, thousands of animals are being stripped off their fur for the sake of vanity and fashion. Did you know that animals are being skinned off their fur while they’re alive so the quality of their fur would be softer? How does that make you feel? Just imagine yourself being skinned alive. Horrible, right?

Strip Ministry of Waxing and PETA have teamed up to put an end to fuzzy vajays and the fur industry, and launched UNFURGIVABLE, a fashion show and Photo Exhibit at Prive Luxury Club, The Fort, Bonifacio Global City.

Manila’s hottest print, ramp, and online celebrities have stripped off and posed for the lens of Miguel Miranda. Accessories and bags were by Nicole Whisenhunt, Joyce Makitalo, Martin Bautista, Trousseau by Reshma, and Princess Peacock.

On to the fashion show.

Sanya doing her thing on the runway. I like her spunk and funkiness!
A couple of svelte and gorgeous models including Ornussa Cadness and Sanya Smith sashayed the runway in Maggie Wilson- Consunji’s WANDERLUST swimwear collection.

Me, Dior Co, and Tara Cabullo at the event

For every 'All Off' service (a cute term to call ‘Brazilian Waxing’), Strip Ministry of Waxing will donate P50.00 to PETA to support their fight against the big fashion companies that continually produce fur and its demand. Let Strip Ministry of Waxing take off your unwanted fur, and help animals keep theirs.

Just think of all the cute bunnies, jumpy beagles, adorable foxes, and all furry animals you’ll save while you're being waxed at Strip Ministry of Waxing so your pain and penny will be totally worth it.
