One of the USA's biggest sandwich fast food chain, Quiznos, is finally in the Philippines. The restaurant is famous for their toasted subs.
PRICE RANGE: P150.00-P400.00
The place has this modern diner- type feel. Click READ MORE and check out two of their famous sandwiches, plus I have a little health reminder to everyone at the bottom of this post.
The good thing about their sandwiches is it comes in small, medium, and large portions. I saw other people order the large one, (which is very huge, by the way) and they split it into two or three slices. This technique will save you more moolah rather than buying two or three individual small- sized sandwiches. The sandwiches are quite stuffed and filling and the small one would suffice the Pinoy appetite, unless you can eat a lot.
Double Philly Cheesesteak- This is the smallest size. It has beef strips, cheese, mushrooms, and grilled onions. I like how the meat is very lean.
Classic Italian- Ordered by my BF. This is the medium one. Look how big this thing is! Just by looking at it, I feel full already! It has salami, cucumber, cheese, tomatoes, and lettuce. It tastes like a sandwich version of pizza to me.
They also have various breads. Choose from Artisanal Wheat, Rosemary Parmesan, and white bread. (it has a proper name, but I forgot. :p)
It's a good place especially if you love sandwiches, and if you want to grab a quick meal. As for me, it's okay--Nothing mind- blowing, really. It's either the sandwiches are just comparable to Subway, or I'm not a sandwich gal. Hihi. :)
MUST- READ
If you're familiar with Men's Health's EAT THIS NOT THAT book, a compilation of the healthiest and fattiest food faves from across the globe, it has listed some of Quiznos' sandwiches as high calorie and superbly fatty. I don't really recall the menu of our local Quiznos restaurants here, but here's a calorie list of Quiznos' sandwiches from Men's Health:

If you see these sandwiches in our local Quiznos restos, please opt for the smallest size and eat in moderation.
