Sorry it took me a while to post the second and last installment of my review of this product. I intended to post the final update a month after the first one, but decided to give it more time.
Anyway! My underarms' tone became more even as compared to my first week of usage-it was doing its job slowly but surely, but I noticed that the whitening effect had stopped on the 3rd month. It didn't give me celebrity- like underarms, but I'm okay with the results. But if I had it my way, I want it to have completely lightened up my dark streaks.
The most amazing part was my regrowth has become completely slow, and the hair strands have gotten finer. Usually, I'd have to wax my pits after 2 or 3 weeks, but when I was consistently using this product, my underarms were hair- free for a month! However, the wonderful hair- stunting effect had stopped when I have stopped using the product. I guess my skin just got so used to it!
This is one of those products that you can use continuously for a certain period of time only as it's meant to be that way. You're lucky if your body really responds to it in its suggested period of use. In my case, I was part of the "Quite satisfied" group, but at least the product somehow worked--it would've totally sucked if it didn't do anything at all.

this is so effective though a little bit pricey with regular brands, it works on me.:)

with this final review, I'm a 50:50 with the product. I wanted something to really whiten mu underarms
ReplyDeleteThis is so true! I tried it and the whitening was just so-so (read: I wasn't impressed) but oh, how it stunts regrowth! I can last a while without waxing now.
ReplyDeleteHi Martha! What do you recommend more, the Gluta C gel or the micro peeling solution of Snoe? Thanks! :)
ReplyDeleteOhs: Glad to hear that! :D
ReplyDeleteI Love Everything About It: Hi there and welcome to TBJ! Tried Mosbeau, but it didn't work on me unfortunately. Looking forward to your review! :D
Maria Andrea: Hi there! It depends on your concern: If you're looking for something that will stunt hair growth, go for Gluta-C. If you're looking for something that will get rid of dead skin cell build-up, which is one of the causes of darkening, go for Snoe. Personally, I like both because they made my underarms' tone look more even, but if I have to choose, I'd say Snoe because I could tell more that it's working because I saw some peeling after the first week :) I'll review Snoe this week. :) Hope this helps. :)
Joyce: Guess we're both part of the "Quite Satisfied" group! :D
Arya: Oh, same here. :P
Been very hesitant to try products anymore. I have dark secrets and even got darker since I got pregnant. I think my skin is just so unresponsive and uncooperative. Haha. Ay naku, sana magwork sa aken toh.
