 THE VERDICT:

Is it just me, or the surroundings have gotten really dirty lately? I dunno, my face always feels like it's dirty lately, hence I end up cleansing twice with facial foam and water; maybe it's the environment, maybe it's the weather, or maybe it's both! Whatever it is and in times like this, I'm just thankful that toner was invented; it gives you that extra clean and helps break down debris and take away dirt that facial foam may have missed. 

But not all toners are created equal; there are some that are plainly hydrating, some are moisturizing, while some yield a genuine cleansing action like Kojie San Cleanser + Toner, one of my favorite drugstore finds lately; it gives that much needed extra clean and it's soooo affordable!

This toner promises to rid skin of deep- seated dirt and has Panax Ginseng and Rosehip Oil to refresh and repair skin.

Ingredients

Ginseng is a very good skin- soothing ingredient and Rosehip is known for its reparative and hydrating properties; it is a floral- scented, alcohol- based toner that doesn't dry out the skin and yields a cooling feeling, which helps mattify skin and shrink pores. Aside from taking away excess oil, this one does a real good job at cleansing; it never fails to pick up every tiny bit of dirt left on my skin, thus giving me a really clean (but never taut) feeling after every use. Just don't overdo the application though because it has menthol; it might sting instead of giving you a nice, cool feeling.

I like this toner because it's simple, but it works and most importantly, no breakout; it's best for normal, oily, and combination oily/dry skin types; it's so affordable and I'm glad I discovered this thing!
