 THE VERDICT:

Found another amazing eye makeup remover to add to my go- to lip and eye makeup removers list: Tony Moly Perfect Lip and Eye Remover. It removes waterproof eye and lip makeup nicely and gently. Perfect!

TONY MOLY PERFECT LIP AND EYE REMOVER IN DETAIL

A mildly formulated remover for the lips and eyes; has olive, lavender, argan, and jojoba oils, and aloe and green tea extracts.

TONY MOLY PERFECT LIP AND EYE REMOVER IN ACTION

This makeup remover features natural oils so it doesn't feel greasy; it has just the right grease to loosen up waterproof mascaras, eyeliners, and eyeshadow bases without clouding the vision; it's surprisingly gentle, perhaps one of the gentlest ones I've tried next to The Body Shop's Camomille Eye Makeup Remover, but at a cheaper price. In my experience, it doesn't sting if it gets into the eyes, gets washed off easily, and I like the light, moisturizing effect it provides to my lashes and brows. I'm definitely recommending this one and repurchasing!

    1. Hmmm...tough question! I love both, but since Bifesta is going to be pulled out soon, I'll go for this!

  2. Korean brands definitely have some of the best make up removers available in the market for the mid-range price point. :) Their make up removers used to be more popular before the Micellar water craze came into action. Now that some drugstore brands have released their own formulations of Micellar water, Korean brands will definitely have to step up their game! However, I personally prefer these kinds of make up removers over Micellar water. I can feel how well they break down some waterproof make up I have, and they're also very gentle on the skin. :) Which do you prefer, Miss Martha? :)

  5. I gonna try this Tony Moly Perfect Lip And Eye Remover pagnaubos na ung ginagamit ko ngayon. Great that its affordable. Natry ko din ung The Body Shop Camomile Eye Makeup Remover way back nung nagwowork pa ko. And yes, its so gentle to skin.

    1. I like that too, but find it pretty expensive since I use eye and lip makeup removers a lot. :)

  6. I have it too Ms. M but haven't used it yet coz I still have to finish my Biore Micellar water and quite hesitant to use it because I'm not really a fan of oil based makeup removers. But since I find your review very interesting. I think I will give it a try as soon as I empty my Micellar. =)

    1. I only tried Bifesta's eye makeup remover and I'd say it's pretty comparable to this one. For my HG eye makeup remover, it would be anything from tony moly and etude house because I've used them long enough and they work. :)

  10. This is great! I hate it when makeup removers sting and cloud the eyes. It's always a scary experience when that happens
