August 2018 Beauty Favorites

I have my lazy face, virtually zero makeup months and full on face months; last month was the latter because it has been pretty hectic and I've been out and about attending the most interesting beauty launches for August, and these makeups have been my trusty faves!

1. SUNNIES FACE FLUFFMATE LIPSTICK

- The first to launch under the newest venture of Sunnies Studios. Fluffmate is a pillowy, soft matte that's non- drying and comes in trendy neutral and classic shades.

2. ANNE CLUTZ EYE ESSENTIALS BRUSHES

- Anne Clutz's second set is abundant in blending brushes and I love it! It's a well thought out brush collection because aside from having a lot of essential blending brushes, it also comes with a tapered blender and smudging brush that surely fits a majority of Filipina eye shapes.

3. PINK SUGAR THESE LIPS DON'T LIE CRAYON LIPSTICK IN BREAKFAST IN BED

- Pink Sugar's crayon lipsticks just had a makeover and aside from the super cute packaging, there are a lot of shades that have joined the line- up too, including famous shades from the Creamy Matte bullet lipstick range. Breakfast In Bed is my favorite because it's the quintessential MLBB shade!

4. SLEEK LIFEPROOF FOUNDATION

- An oil- free, long- lasting full coverage foundation with lots of shade options! It's a lightweight alternative to L'Oreal Infallible Pro-Matte foundation.

5. SKINPOTIONS SUGAR FLUSH LIP AND CHEEK TINT

- A super long- lasting lip and cheek tint that can last even without primer on. Yes, this can withstand even Crossfit!

6. KATH X HAPPY SKIN LONG- LASTING BROW PEN

- One of my favorites from Happy Skin's makeup line made in collaboration with Teen Queen, Kathryn Bernardo. This brow pen is easy to use and creates light, hair- like strokes, making it good for beginners and even seasoned makeup users. It's also a good touch- up product for makeup artists.
