VCO or Virgin Coconut Oil Helps Ease Covid 19 Symptoms

Recently, the Food and Nutrition Research Institute under the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) led a study that focused on the potential efficacy of VCO against SARS-COV-2.

The study was conducted at two isolation facilities in Sta. Rosa, Laguna; there were two groups comprised of participants who tested positive for COVID-19: the first group of 29 patients received VCO together with standardized meals and the other group, the control group of 28 patients, did not receive VCO. The test ran for 28 days and researchers have found that as early as Day 2, 5 of the 29 participants who were taking VCO showed decreased COVID-19 symptoms already and by Day 18, all of the patients exhibited no symptoms. The diminished COVID-19 symptoms of the VCO group was supported by the decreasing levels of C-reactive protein (CRP), a protein and marker used to detect and measure infection and inflammation.

This proves even more that Coconut is indeed the tree of life. I've tried introducing VCO in my daily food intake, but the reality is, ingesting it in oil form is just a pain in the bum that's why I stopped!
