PINK FLING: THE BLUSHING LIP SEASON

Neon colors are going to take the backseat for now as pastel and warmer colors take center stage this rainy season.

I've always loved the color pink. I love how it makes you look pretty and feminine. For the rainy season, opt for beige, poppy, and rose pinks. But if you still want to sport loudmouth colors, you can try hot pinks and darker fuschia shades.

Here are a few pink lippies in different shades from my stash

ANNA SUI ROUGE M LIPSTICK IN 350
- A pretty poppy pink shade that gives your lips a tinge of pink. Poppy pink shades also brighten up the face.

ILLAMASQUA LIPSTICK IN CLIMAX

- This is actual a cool pink shade. But surprisingly, it turned brown pink here. If you want to see how this shade looks like in actual, please refer to my ILLAMASQUA posts. If you want to sport a pastel lip, and you find Pink Nouveau too shocking for you, cool pinks are your best bet.

MAC CHATTERBOX LIPSTICK
- A darker bubblegum pink shade. Great for morenas and dark skinned ladies.

MAC PINK NOUVEAU LIPSTICK

- This pretty bubblegum pink color makes it a great shade to complement your toned- down cardigans, tops, and skirts.

CHANEL ROUGE ALLURE IN COMEDIA
- A cotton candy shade of pink. The slight gold glimmers give this lipstick a nice 3d effect. If you have small lips, opt for glittered or shiny lipsticks to make your lips seem plump.

GIORGIO ARMANI SHINE LIPSTICK IN 54
- A candy pink shade that's perfect when you're feeling and looking girly.

MAC PETALS AND PEACOCKS (LE FROM THE GIVE ME LIBERTY OF LONDON COLLECTION)

- The warm fuschia color makes this lipstick enough to stand out without looking too loud or off.

MAC FULL FUSCHIA LIPSTICK
- Great for rainy nights where you'll be out and about with your friends, family, or special someone.
