THE MANY USES OF BOBBI BROWN'S SHIMMER BRICK: TOPPER FOR BLUSHES

As promised, here's one of the many uses of Bobbi Brown's Shimmer Brick. :)

You can use it to set Bobbi Brown's Pot Rouges or any creme blushes. :) You can also add dimension to matte blushes by adding a touch of sheen from the Shimmer Brick.

Bobbi Brown Pot Rouge in Calypso Coral, Charm Blush Brush from the Travel set, and Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick in Nectar. The shades of the Pot Rouge and Shimmer Brick were both released in the "Cabana Corals" collection by Bobbi Brown.

Left: Shimmer Brick

Please click on the pic to enlarge. The orange-ness of the Calypso Coral shade is toned down by the warm golden peach hues of the Shimmer Brick. Nevertheless, the brightness of the pot rouge was retained. The effect of the color is still juicy and eye- catching. :)

I love how the gold tones of the Shimmer Brick brighten up my apples and accentuate my natural tan.

Golden Coral goodness. This is a great way to set Pot Rouges without washing out the bright coral shade, as compared to setting it with loose and pressed finishers.
