Have you guys seen the MOST PIGMENTED gel liner in the world? I thought not! I think if God would create his own makeup line, I imagine it would only be the best and would only contain the best ingredients, and I think his eyeliner would pretty much be like Inglot's AMC Eyeliner Gel-man, this stuff is superior! I have never seen anything as pigmented as this!

AMC-in case you're wondering-stands for Advanced Makeup Components. It's a term by Inglot for their makeup range formulated with the purest and most premium ingredients. Their gel liners come in two finishes: Matte and Noble. I don't have the slightest idea as to what kind of finish Noble has so I'm guessing it's their fancy term for Satin? :p Inglot's Eyeliner Gels come in a lot of colors-there are neutrals, neons, and crayon colors. You can also use this product for face and body painting.

More about my current fave gel liner after the break!

It comes in a pretty huge pan and with a protective seal to maintain the product's integrity.

It's also the biggest pot of gel liner I've seen-way bigger than MAC and Bobbi Brown. That's cool because you get this much product for what you're paying for, but it may be a disadvantage for some: because not all people can finish a small pot of eye liner in a year or so. If you're like me who tends to be loyal to one product especially eye liners, this one's for me and you! :)

Top: Swatched lightly; Bottom: Swatched heavily

Told 'ya, this stuff is the master of pigmentation! It's literally like paint! As for the consistency, it's super smooth and soft just like cream cheese, making it the smoothest gel liner I have tried so far-I think it's not really gel but more of cream. Given its consistency, I feel that this product will remain soft and easy to use longer than hard- textured gel liners. Seems like air will just bounce on its fluffy surface whereas hard gel liners tend to absorb air that's why they dry up quite fast. I suppose this eyeliner is from the Noble collection because from the looks of it, it's Satin because it has this slight patent finish. Formula is waterproof.

A tiny dot spreads into this!

Believe it or not, this line was made with just a teeny weeny dot of the product. Hands down, it's the most economical eye liner I have ever used. It's very easy to spread and leaves no area uncovered, and its fluidity lets me create winged lines easily. Inglot said that it sets in 60 seconds flat and indeed it does provided that you apply a tiny amount only-I tried layering it on and drying time took a while and it transferred onto my middle lids and smudged on the inner corners of my eyes. A tiny amount is enough anyway so no need for layering! Caution though, when this product sets, it does not come off easily (not even with makeup remover!) so apply carefully and a little at a time. Also, if you have a shaky hand, you might want to practice a lot with this product since it's too smooth!

Color intensity lasts all day, but I get a sheer transfer on my upper lids if the day's really, really hot-I can cover it with powder though and it's as if the transferring didn't happen so I find this quite forgivable. One con is, it takes loads of effort to remove and leaves a little residue on the under eyes so you'd have to swipe some eye makeup remover on it for a couple of times.

It's now my favorite eye liner because even if it requires good eye lining skills to use, I utterly love how it emphasizes my eyes-you can even spot this eyeliner from afar! Consistency's very good for drawing and it works for me because if you've noticed, I love winged lines. It's cheaper than some of the premium gel eyeliners touted as the best in the world, but quality's the same. It's good for those with very small eyes due to its superb pigmentation and awesome eye- widening effect, and for makeup artists who get lots of clients because this thing will last forever!

7 Lovely Thoughts

  1. does it include eyeliner brush? you're right, you have the perfect line with that product!!

  2. it does look really pigmented!

  3. great review! I wonder if it will smudge when you have oily skin in the first place. Some gel liners just go all over your eyes and gives you that panda look after a sweaty and tiring day from work.

  4. I am so jealous.. I would make sure that if and when I get to travel and go to Makati, I would be dropping by their store.. I fell in love with Inglot as soon as I saw your initial post about their event..
My card is ready and good to go.. hehehe

  5. I honestly havent tried eyeliner gel, i use liquid eyeliner, But this one really makes me so curious, so i might give it a try. Thanks a lot Ms.Martha for sharing a great review

  6. Jerlyn: No, it doesn't. :)

    Leilani: You're welcome! :D

Winnie: I assure you, your visit will be well- worth! :D

Issa: Wait 'til you swatch it in person! :D

  7. Just want to ask if it dries out fast in the pot?! I mean it's bigger pot yes kaya lang Baka mag dry agad just like other gel liner Kasi parang gusto ko Siya itry... Waterproof po ba eto?
