THE VERDICT:

Been looking for the perfect brush for BB Creams, CC Creams, Tinted Moisturizers, and Primers? This is it? Charm's all new Angled Foundation Brush. It's Charm's newest baby and now available via Charm Makeup Brushes' Facebook fan page and physical outlets.

CHARM PRO ANGLED FOUNDATION BRUSH IN DETAIL

Charm's newest addition to its budding foundation brush collection is this sleek, smooth, compact, and sturdy brush made from synthetic bristles. Been trying to use all of my BB Creams to churn out some reviews and this brush has been my steady companion.

CHARM PRO ANGLED FOUNDATION BRUSH IN ACTION

I guess the best feature of this brush is its ultra slim body that lets you apply foundation on any tight corner of your face-it's perhaps the best face brush for those with facial folds on the chin, nose, and eye area. I also use this to even out concealer on my lower lash line. The bristles feel very solid yet soft and are very flexible so applying your favorite sheer face base is a breeze. If you want to maximize the coverage of your BB and CC (or even DD) creams, primers, and tinted moisturizers, you should get this as foundation brushes with dense bristles have the tendency to absorb and dilute their pigmentation. However, it's not the best brush for thick liquid foundations because payoff can be a lil' streaky and uneven. I'm more of a foundation gal than a BB/CC Cream or Tinted Moisturizer gal so I'm better off with Charm's Stippling Brush and regular foundation brush.

  1. Maybe it's time I start to use a brush to apply foundation :)

  2. To be honest, I'm not really a brush person. I only use brushes on special dates, because applying product with my fingers is usually quicker and more convenient (for me) on a daily basis. Pero iba din nga talaga if you use a brush. :)
