Best sheer bases for the skin that are perfect for summer | SPEND VS. SAVE

2. NARS PURE RADIANT TINTED MOISTURIZER

- Nars Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturizer is for those who want heavy coverage, but light, watery feel. I swear, this foundation is so pigmented that it can pass off as foundation, but the beauty of it is it still feels like moisturizer despite the commendable coverage. It has SPF 30 PA+++ and has a good variety of shades for morena gals to choose from.

- IT Cosmetics' CC+ Cream is a huge favorite of many makeup and skin care- savvy individuals. Why? My favorite is CC+ Oil- Free Matte CC Cream because it's light, helps control oil, and has healing properties so it's a great base when you are dealing with acne or you want a base that won't exacerbate it.

4. INNISFREE SKIN FIT GLOW CUSHION

5. MAKE UP FOR EVER WATER BLEND FOUNDATION

- One of the best, affordable tinted moisturizers there is because aside from being accessible, this comes in a tone- adapting formula, feels fresh and light, and has SPF 50 PA++++ to boot!

- One of the affordable BB Creams I could find and what's nice about this is it has whitening benefits to help you get rid of post- acne marks and other spots and is derma- tested too.

8. CRAYONS BB CREAM

- Crayons BB Cream is a surprisingly good BB Cream despite the price tag. It has good pigmentation, feels light, very spreadable, moisturizing, and has a shade that will fit morena skin tone. It's one of the best below P100 finds for me.

10. POND'S FLAWLESS RADIANCE BB CREAM

- Pond's BB Cream is one of the first masstige beauty brands that came into our market and one of the best affordable BB Creams as well. It's light, smells divine, has good staying power, has SPF 50 PA++, provides a nice, dewy coverage to the skin.
